- Undue burden
A legal exception whose meaning and required documentation depend on the applicable authority and facts. OneWeb flags related claims for legal review rather than deciding whether the exception applies.

- Fundamental alteration
A legal exception concerning a change to the essential nature of a program or service. Application of the exception requires expert review of the governing authority and facts.

- Alternative access
Another method of providing information or a service. It should not be treated as proof that the primary digital experience is accessible.

Technical standards and documents
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
A technical accessibility standard with testable success criteria at Levels A, AA, and AAA. A stated WCAG target is not proof that a service conforms, is accessible in practice, or satisfies every legal obligation.

- ICT, EIT, and EIR
Government terms for information and communication technology, electronic and information technology, or electronic and information resources. Exact scope depends on the cited instrument.

Meeting the requirements of a technical standard. OneWeb does not infer conformance from a stated target, policy, scan, or document alone.

Human evaluation of accessibility requirements and interaction behavior that automated tools cannot fully assess.

- Disabled-user testing
